Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 50-75% of the cost of the scheduled service.

If there is a charge balance on your account, you will unfortunately be unable to book an upcoming appointment.
